Looking to the Future

In 2020, Xie Tianrong, the founder who had been dedicated to home robotic vacuum cleaners for 10 years, was cleaning his home swimming pool when he noticed fallen leaves floating on the water. Lost in thought, he wondered, "Why is there intelligent cleaning on land, but only manual labor for water surfaces?" This question became the starting point for Haixin's breakthrough in "all-terrain cleaning for both land and water. The team built upon the technological foundation of robotic vacuum cleaners, accumulating 137 patents in areas such as SLAM navigation algorithms and multi-terrain adaptation systems. In 2022, while the market for robotic vacuum cleaners was mired in a competition over technical specifications, Haixin turned its attention to broader cleaning scenarios. Engineers discovered that the pool cleaning equipment market remained stuck in the mechanical age, with 90% of pool owners worldwide still manually cleaning their pools—a clear blue ocean for intelligent pool cleaning solutions. The real challenge lay in the transition from land to water technologies. Terrestrial LiDAR systems became ineffective upon entering water, prompting the team to spend 18 months developing a dual-mode positioning system combining ultrasonic sensors and gyroscopes. Traditional pool robots had an entanglement rate as high as 37%. Chief Engineer Zhong Guixin led the team to immerse themselves in testing at a pool facility in Shenzhen for three consecutive months, ultimately achieving the perfect integration of bionic propellers and self-detangling technology. By 2024, Haixin's first X1 prototype was capable of autonomously mapping and cleaning a 50-meter standard pool with three-dimensional precision. In 2025, the X1 officially entered mass production. Equipped with a third-generation AI cleaning decision-making system, this robot not only achieved a 98.6% leaf-cleaning rate but also made a groundbreaking improvement by extending the lifespan of its lithium iron phosphate battery to 72 hours. Looking ahead, Haixin's intelligent cleaning devices will continue to evolve with more advanced iterations, empowered by AI technology, while maintaining a "technological obsession" with a 23% R&D investment ratio. We are committed to our goal: that out of every five ODM pool robots globally, one will carry the intelligent DNA of Haixin.
